This Olympic Torch bearer was orphaned in the earthquake in Sichuan Province and is residing with other orphaned children in Lijiang School. She is surrounded by friends and Madame Gu Xiulian, President of the China Children's and Teenager's Fund and Dr. Ling Feng who heads the school. Both of these champions for the children are partnered with The Grace Children's Foundation through programs of Medical, Education and Humanitarian Aid. Our Mission
at The Grace Children's Foundation (TGCF) is to deliver Medical/Surgical care Education and Vocational programs and Humanitarian Aid for orphaned and disadvantaged children in China.
Our Focus
is on the children who will face the challenge of entering society in China in their early teens, many without basic life skills and vocations, many without the crucial anchor of family.
Our Goal
is to establish TGCF's Resource Exchange Center under one coordinated umbrella - a mechanism to harness and deliver vital resources through TGCF's Medical, Education and Humanitarian Aid programs, linking the children to systems they can rely on.

is to see the children in a place where they have elevated themselves beyond survival to a place where they can flourish and participate in their society with purpose and dignity.
